                                                   কিছু কথা ১ম পর্ব

কিছু কথা কখনো ভুলা যায় না। হয়ত সময়ের সাথে সাথে নিজেদের ব্যস্ত জীবনে সেই কথাটা চাপা পড়ে যায়। কিন্তু মনের এক কোনে রয়ে যায়। সেই কথা  হঠাৎ মনে পড়লে কখনো হাসি পায় কখনো আবার ব্যথা অনুভূত হয়। 

             হঠাৎ ৭ বছর পর অলিভিয়ার মোবাইল এ একটা ফোন এল। সে তখন অফিসের কাজে ব্যস্ত। দুপরে অফিসে টিফিন করতে করতে ফোনটা হাতে নিয়ে দেখতে পেল কেউ একজন তাকে ফোন করেছিল। True caller এ নামটা দেখতে পেল। বেশ পরিচিত একটা নাম। এই নাম্বার থেকেই কিছুক্ষণ আগে একটা ম্যাসেজ এসেছিল। 'কেমন আছ?' নামটা দেখে মুহূর্তে অলিভিয়ার অনেক কিছু মনে পড়ে গেল। 

তার অফিসের বান্ধবী শালিনী তাকে বলল কিরে কি আবার ভাবছিস খাবিনা আর এই সময় তুই তো প্রতিদিন তোর মা বাবাকে ফোন করিস ওরা খেয়েছে কিনা জানতে আজ কি হল তোর? তখন অলিভিয়া ফোনটা আবার ব্যাগে রেখে বলল চল আগে খেয়েনিয়ে মাকে ফোন করি। নইলে আজ আর খাওয়া হবে না এখনই কাজের জন্যে ডাক আসবে। 

        খাওয়ার পর অলিভিয়া ও শালিনী আবার কাজে ব্যস্ত হয়ে পড়ল। কিন্তু অলিভিয়া মাঝে মধ্যে মোবাইলটা হাতে নিয়ে দেখছিল আর ফোন আসে কিনা? অলিভিয়ার এই পাগলামো দেখে শালিনী বলল কিরে কারো ফোন এর অপেক্ষায় আছিস? অলিভিয়া কিছু বলতে যাবে এমন সময় তার ম্যানেজার তাকে কাজের জন্য ডাকল সে আর কিছু বলতে পারল না শালিনীকে। কাজের চাপে রাতে বাড়ি ফিরতে ও দেরি হয়ে গেল। বাড়ি ফিরে সে ভাবছে সেই নাম্বারটা তে ফোন করবে কিনা? 

কিন্তু তার মনে কেমন যেন একটা দ্বিধা বোধ কাজ করছিল।  ফোনটা রেখে অলিভিয়া রাতের খাবারের ব্যবস্তা করল। ঠিক তখনি আবার সেই নাম্বার থেকে ম্যাসেজ এলো কি করছ? খাওয়া হল? অলিভিয়া এবার সেই নাম্বার এ ফোন করল কিন্তু ফোনটা কেটে গেল। অলিভিয়া কাজের চাপে সেইদিন খুব ক্লান্ত ছিল। তাই খাওয়া সেরে বিছানায় যেতে না যেতে বার ফোনটা বেজে উঠল। 

  অলিভিয়া ফোনটা তুলে হ্যালো হ্যালো বলছে কিন্তু এইদিক থেকে অভিষেক চুপ করে অলিভিয়ার আওয়াজ শুনছিল।  দীর্ঘ ৭ বছর পর আবার সেই আওয়াজটা শুনতে পেল। অলিভিয়া রেগে গেল কি হল কথা না বলতে চাইলে ফোন করলে কেন? আমি রাখছি ঘুম পেয়েছে। 

এবার অভিষেক বলল ভাল আছ? অলিভিয়া সঙ্গে সঙ্গে বলে উঠল তোমার তাতে কি? এতদিন পর কি ভেবে আবার ফোন করলে? আমার নাম্বারটা কোথা থাকে পেলে? অভিষেক বলল ইচ্ছে থাকলে সব সম্ভব। এত বছর পর ও আমার উপর এত রাগ। জানত তোমার নাম্বারটা এক সপ্তাহ হল যোগার করলাম কিন্তু আমি ভয় পাচ্ছিলাম তুমি আমার ফোনটা তুলবে কিনা? আমাকে এখন ও মনে রেখেছ কিনা? অনেক ভয়ে ভয়ে ফোনটা করলাম। 

এবার দুজন চুপ। দুজনেরই অনেক কথা বলার কিন্তু কোথা থেকে শুরু করবে কেউ বুঝতে বুঝতে পারছে না। অভিষেক অলিভিয়াকে বলছে চুপ করে গেলে কেন কিছুত বল জান অনেক কষ্ট করে তোমার নাম্বারটা নিয়েছি। অলিভিয়া কিছু বলতে পারছে না তার দুচোখ জলে ভরে গেল। সে মনে মনে ভাবছে আবার মজা করচ্ছে না তো অভিষেক। আবার অভিষেক বলল কিছু তো বল অলিভিয়া তখন ভাঙ্গা ভাঙ্গা গলায় বলল সেইদিন তো আমি নীরব দর্শক ছিলাম আজ ও নীরব থাকি যা বলার তুমি বল। এমন সময় ফোনটা কেটে গেল।

  English translation- 

                 Some things can never be forgotten. Maybe over time, in our busy lives, that word is suppressed. But one corner of the mind remains. When suddenly we remember that situation, then we sometimes feel pain and sometimes smile again.

                Suddenly 7 years later a phone call came to Olivia's mobile. She was busy with office work then. While doing tiffin in the office in the afternoon, she saw that someone had called her with the phone in his hand. She saw the name in True caller. A very familiar name. A message came from that number a while ago. 'How are you?' 

Seeing the name, Olivia remembered a lot at the moment. Her office colleague Shalini said to her, "Kiri, are you thinking again, do not eat today, and at this time every day you call your parents to find out if they have eaten? Then Olivia put the phone in the bag again and said let's eat and call my mother first. Otherwise, we will not eat today. 

             After eating, Olivia and Shalini went back to work. But Olivia was sometimes looking at the mobile in her hand when the phone came again? Seeing Olivia's madness, Shalini said, "Are you waiting for someone's phone?" When Olivia could say something, her manager called her for work. She couldn't say anything to Shalini. It was too late to return home at night due to work pressure. When she returns home, she thought will she call that number.

           But a sense of hesitation was at work in her mind. Leaving the phone, Olivia arranged for dinner. Just then the message came from that number again, what are you doing? Have you completed your dinner? Olivia called that number the phone rang but stop. Olivia was very tired that day under the pressure of work. So after eating, when she goes to bed the phone rang again.

          Olivia picks up the phone and says hello, but Abhishek is silently listening to Olivia's voice. After 7 long years, I heard that voice again. Olivia is angry, why do you call if you do not want to talk? I'm getting sleepy. Abhishek said are you all right? Olivia immediately said what? Why did you call me after so many times? From where did you collect my number?

 Abhishek said everything is possible if you want. Are you still angry with me? Do you know I got your number one week ago but I was afraid would you pick up my phone? Do you remember me now? I made the call out of fear. Now the two are silent. Both of them want to talk a lot but no one understands where to start. Olivia couldn't say anything and her eyes filled with tears. She thinks is Abhishek joking again with her. Again Abhishek said to Olivia say something Olivia then she said in a broken voice, that day I was a silent spectator today also now you tell me.
