 মানুষ পরিবর্তনশীল। আজকে যে মানুষ যেরকম, আগামীকাল যে সেই মানুষ তেমনই থাকবে, তার কোনই নিশ্চয়তা নেই। সময় পরিবর্তনশীল।সময়ের নিয়মে কখনো ভাটা পড়ে নদীর কূলে । আবার কখনো কোন অজানা জলরাশি নদীর দুকূল প্লাবিত করে। আবার সময়ের সাথে সাথে মানুষের মন, সমাজ, পৃথিবীর তাপমাত্রা, প্রকৃতি, নদীর জল সবকিছুই পরিবর্তনশীল। আসলে একমাত্র মানুষের স্মৃতি ছাড়া পৃথিবীর সবকিছুই পরিবর্তনশীল। 

সময়ের সাথে সাথে মানুষের পছন্দের ও স্বাদের পরিবর্তন হয়। জন্ম থেকে মৃত্যু পর্যন্ত মানুষের পরিবর্তন হওয়াটাই স্বাভাবিক। আসলে সমস্ত জীবজগৎ বিবর্তনের ফলাফল। তাই  জীবজগৎ পরিবর্তনশীল। আর এই পরিবর্তনের জন্য ই আমরা বেড়ে উঠি, আমাদের চাহিদা, এবং প্রয়োজন সব কিছুই সময়ের সাথে সাথে পাল্টে যায়। কয়েক দিন আগে পর্যন্ত আমাদের জন্য যা প্রয়োজন ছিল, তা আজকের দিনে দাঁড়িয়ে অপ্রয়োজনীয়। 

তাই এই পরিবর্তনের সাথে তাল মিলিয়ে বেঁচে থাকার তাগিদে ও নিজেদের অগ্রগতির দিকে নিয়ে যাওয়ার লক্ষ্যে আমরা সবাই নিজেদের মত করে নিজেদের পরিবর্তন করি।আর এই পরিবর্তনে ফলে যে মেয়েটা এক সময় কারো সাথে কথা বলত না, যে সামান্য জিনিসের জন্য অন্য কারো উপর নির্ভরশীল ছিল আজ সেই মেয়েটা একাই কত লোককে জীবন যুদ্ধে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার লক্ষ্যে পথ দেখায়। 

 আবার যে ছেলেটার মা না খাইয়ে দিলে একবেলা ও সে খেতে বসত না সে আজ মা কে ছেড়ে নিজের বেঁচে থাকার তাগিদে দূর দেশে চাকরি করছে। আবার কখনো কখনো যে সবসময় তোমার সবকথায় সমর্থন করত দেখবে সময়ের সাথে সাথে সে মানুষটা একদিন সবার আগে তোমাকে অসমর্থন করছে।

আবার এক সময় যে পাগল প্রেমিক তার প্রেমিকাকে বড় বড় প্রতিশুতি দিয়েছিল যাকে ছাড়া জীবন কাটানোর কথা ভাবতে ও পারত না আজ সেই মানুষটার দিকে ফিরে তাকানোর সময় ও তার নেই সে আজ নিজের জীবনের অগ্রগতির লক্ষ্য একাই চলতে পারে।

যে মা বাবা ছোটবেলায় তার মেয়েকে সবসময় অন্যায়ের প্রতিবাদ করতে শেখাত বিয়ের পর সেই বাবা মা ই মেয়ের সংসার বাঁচানোর জন্য তাদের মেয়েকে অন্যায়ের সাথে আপোষ করে থাকতে বলে।আবার কেউ কেউ হিংসায় বা অতি উচ্চাকাঙ্ক্ষা অন্যের ক্ষতি করতে গিয়ে কখন যে নিজের অজান্তে নিজের ক্ষতি করে ফেলে তা সে নিজেও জানে না।

আসলে এই পরিবর্তনে সারা দিয়ে কিছু কিছু মানুষ নিজেদের বেঁচে থাকার তাগিদে বা একে অন্য থেকে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার লক্ষ্যে মানুষ, মানুষ না হয়ে ক্রমশ হয়ে উঠছে মানুষের শত্রু। 

আবার কিছু কিছু মানুষ তার জীবনের কোন এক পুরানো মধুর স্মৃতিকে আজ ও আঁকড়ে ধরে বাঁচতে গিয়ে জীবনের পথে পিছিয়ে পরে দুঃখের সাগরে নিজেকে হারিয়ে ফেলছে। কারণ চলার নামই জীবন থেমে থাকার নাম ই মৃত্যু। তাই পরিবর্তনের সাথে সাথে নিজেকে বদলে নেওয়া ই অতি উত্তম।তবে এই পরিবর্তন যেন কখনো কারো দুঃখ বা ক্ষতির কারণ না হয় সেই দিকে লক্ষ্য রাখা ও মানবজাতি হিসেবে আমাদের কর্তব্য।

People are changeable. There is no guarantee that the people of today will be the same in the future as they are today. Time is also variable. Sometimes the river dries up and sometimes the floods come and flood the banks of the river. Again over time the human mind, society, earth temperature, nature also change. In fact, everything in the world is changeable except the memory of a single human being.

People's preferences and tastes change over time. It is normal for people to change from birth to death. In fact, all living things are the result of evolution. So the living world is changing. For this change, we grow and our needs also change over time. What we needed until a few days ago is unnecessary to stand on today.

So in order to keep pace with this change and move towards our own progress, we all change ourselves as we please. As a result of this change, the simple and innocent girl who once didn’t talk too much, who was dependent on someone else for little things, today she alone shows the way to many people to move forward in life.

If the mother of the boy did not feed him once, he would not sit down to eat, now he is leaving his mother and working in another country in order to survive. Sometimes you will see that the person who always supported you in every word one day he will be the first person who disapproves of you.

Once upon a time, a mad lover who made big promises to his girlfriend without whom he could not think of living in the world, today he does not have time to look back at that woman, today he can pursue the goal of the progress of his life alone.

Parents who used to teach their daughter to protest against injustice from her childhood, after marriage, they tell their daughter to compromise with injustice in order to save her daughter's family. Again someone does not even know when he/she harms himself/herself, others out of violence or ambition to harm others.

In fact, through this change, some people are gradually becoming enemies of human beings, in order to survive or to move ahead of each other.

Again, some people are losing themselves in the sea of sorrows after going back to the path of life to live by holding on to one of the old sweet memories of their life. Because life always keeps working and when life stops it happens to become life's death. If we stop feeling sad or defeated, we will never be able to move forward on the path of life. So it is very good to change ourselves with the change of nature. But it is our duty as human beings to make sure that this change never causes any sorrow or loss to anyone.
